Meditation New Zealand offers a variety of programs to help you achieve a healthy and harmonious lifestyle,

from quiet meditations to upbeat Kirtan; from simple spiritual insights to in-depth classes on Yoga wisdom,
Meditation New Zealand has something to offer all those looking to bring
more depth and understanding to their life.
Hatha yoga asanas are a great way to keep your body supple, energized, fit and healthy. These exercises gently stretch, strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, balance hormones, and cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body. When combined with special breathing techniques, yoga exercises help one to relax, reduce stress and calm and focus the mind.
People today are turning to mindfulness and meditation for many reasons: to find relief from the stress and anxiety of their daily lives; to find peace after some traumatic event or looking for a deeper understanding of the self and the purpose of life.
The recommended process of meditation for this day and age is Mantra Meditation.
MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Kirtan is a simultaneously fun yet very powerful form of meditation. Kirtan is the hearing and chanting of transcendental sound vibrations, or Mantras, generally accompanied by musical instruments. By meditating on these beautiful transcendental sounds we can free the heart and mind of the stress and anxieties of daily life and begin to taste the inner happiness that we are always searching for.
The search for wisdom is a challenge.
To act on wisdom is an even greater challenge.
However, through cultivating wisdom and true knowledge, a person can
experience rememberance of his spiritual identity, and from that, inner peace,
satisfaction and freedom from anxiety and fear.

More than music! Unlike any meditation you've experienced before, we sing, dance and meditate on the beautiful Transcendental Mantras set to the soulful tunes and rocking rhythms of the 'MANTRA' band. This form of meditation is simultaneously fun yet very powerful, and provides the perfect de-stress to the end of your week.

YOGA JOURNEY - free yoga, relaxation & meditation
An evening of pure relaxation for body, mind and soul. Beginning with some gentle yoga stretches, followed by a guided deep peace relaxation, yoga breathing exercises and ending with serene and beautiful kirtan (chanting of sacred mantras). You will leave feeling enlivened and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

DEEP PEACE MEDITATION - Experience the calming and restorative effect of yoga relaxation
